On Top Of Spaghetti

On top of spaghetti,

All covered with cheese,
I lost my poor meatball,
When somebody sneezed.

It rolled off the table,
And on to the floor,
And then my poor meatball,
Rolled out of the door.

It rolled in the garden,
And under a bush,
And then my poor meatball,
Was nothing but mush.

The mush was as tasty
As tasty could be,
And then the next summer,
It grew into a tree.

The tree was all covered,
All covered with moss,
And on it grew meatballs,
And tomato sauce.

So if you eat spaghetti,
All covered with cheese,
Hold on to your meatball,
Whenever you sneeze.

I found out that I knew all the words to that song the other day. I was prompted with the first line of that song, but then I knew the rest. Does anyone find that a tad weird? It is a goofy song, I'll admit to that, but it has been a while, I mean, a while since I have last heard or sung that song and now all of a sudden I can just ramble off the story of a meatball that got blown away by a sneeze and turned into a tree. What? Wait, that sounds really awkward when I say it like that. Has no one ever questioned the lyrics to this song? Meatballs turning into trees? Please, that is crazy talk. Meatballs turn into mush, that is correct, but that does not allow them to turn into to tree seeds. Even though many trees have seeds that you wouldn't normally pair up together. For example, an acorn doesn't look like it would go with an oak tree, maple trees have those weird helicopter type seeds, and pinecones and pine trees? That's just silly!

You know what else doesn't go together? Pickles and ketchup.

This Blog's Design

Hey, I never really asked you guys this, but what do you think of this blog's design? I guess I kind of jumped into a world of color without getting everyone's consent. I might be talking to myself here, but I don't really know if other people approve of the design of this blog. What I'm talking about here are colors, background, sizes of things, etc. I do know that I personally like the font that I am using right now, which is trebuchet, and I like having my posts justified because it creates a column of words that has the exact same with the whole way. Other than that, I really don't know what the people want.

I like the color orange. It is not as intense as red but it is not as wimpy as yellow. To me, orange just speaks out, "energy." I really like having a lot of energy. Being pumped a lot of the time makes one's life a movin' and a shakin'. And let me tell you, I am a mover and a shaker.

Have any of you guys had a pretzel lately? I miss having my favorite type of pretzel from my favorite pretzel franchise, Wetzel's Pretzels. Those were some darned good pretzels. If you haven't heard me recommend those pretzels to you, then I will recommend them again.

Hey, we just passed by the Vernal Equinox. Wasn't that cool? An equal time in the light as there was in the dark?

Right now would be a good time to end this post. I will leave you with the option to make a statement about the look of this blog. Content is also in play although I really don't want that to up for debate. I like writing what I want.

The Artist Inside

What, me? Please, I have no artist inside me. I can barely draw stuff in the game, Pictionary.
"Is that a duck?" "No, its a clown." "I'd say it was an airplane." "Come on guys, I was trying to draw a pizza. Can't you see that?"
But using Google to assist me with my drawings has made so much better. My lines are straighter and there really is no mess that I have to deal with.

Here are some of my latest creations as a digital artist. They are the work of an amateur at best.
Someone really doesn't want to eat the crust of this pizza

I then tried to get creative and tried to do a maze. Here is what I came up with:
Can you finish the puzzle? I took a long time to draw but it will probably only take you a couple seconds to solve. I wonder how real maze makers do it. I found a maze generating website and created this:
A simple maze (start and finish are in the bottom right corner)
I hope you had fun seeing these drawings. It was fun to go out and doodle it up.

I Am At Peace

Screw being at peace! Whenever you see someone at peace in the movies, it is just an awkward moment for everyone else who is watching. Being at peace is for the somewhat lonely, which I guess is okay if you are in the car all by yourself or if you are in the bathroom.

I have some songs lined up for myself for when I want to be at peace. They are as follows:

You must be asking yourself, "why  doesn't he justify his choices?" Well it is because I feel that they justify themselves (As for this post, I have to justify the paragraphs myself).

Some of you people might start to hate me now because I am starting to get sappy. I'm sorry (wait, that right there was sappy) so now I'm not sorry. Yeah, how do you like them apples?

Well that is all I have to say for now. So just sit back and chill until next week. Same bat time, same bat channel.

UPDATE: I just found that there was a study to find the most relaxing song in the world. According to Time Magazine, the song Weightless by Marconi Union is proven to reduce anxiety by 65% and slow heart rates by 35%. They also recommend not getting behind the wheel of a car while listening to it.

The Ramblings of The Daumenator

Someone recently told me that I am very good at rambling. I agreed with this person (which was weird to begin with) and decided to improve and show off my rambling skillz. We shall begin this rambling session with me talking about my favorite movie:

"Fantastic Mr. Fox" is an animated film that I enjoy very much.

Wait! Hold Up! While searching for ideas to ramble about, I have just found out that rambling can also be another word that is a substitute for "walking in the countryside of the United Kingdom."

That is something that I didn't know before. I have now learned something today. You probably did too. If not, then I am sorry. I just got excited.

Speaking of excited, I recently saw a clown. I am not excited by clowns.

You know what stinks? Saying something like "speaking of excited" and then not really saying what is exciting. In fact, what I did was worse because I said what wasn't exciting. That must be a real letdown for you readers.

I still haven't come up with a name for you people, yet. I just haven't pin-pointed the exact name that fits the people that read these posts on a normal basis.

Doesn't basis sound like bases?

Is it homonyms or homophones? I prefer homonyms. Apparently there is a difference, but I never paid attention to what that difference was.

"Woah, Nelly!": Who's Nelly?

Man who runs behind bus is exhausted. Man who runs in front of bus gets tired.

Have a great month of March.

P.S. Starting up a thing at the bottom of each post where I post a song that is either new to me, has to do with the song, or is one that I think people should listen to.
